Tiramisu Overnight Oats

  • chia seeds

  • cocoa powder

  • double espresso

  • greek yoghurt

    350 g
  • oats
    90 g
  • sugar or sweetner
    1 tbsp
  • sugar, honey or sweetner of choice
    2.5 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar

    Combine oats , milk , chia seeds , cocoa powder , double espresso , vanilla sugar and sugar, honey or sweetner of choice .
    oats: 90 g, milk: 350 g, chia seeds: 1.5 tbsp, cocoa powder: 3 tbsp, double espresso: 1, vanilla sugar: 1 packet, sugar, honey or sweetner of choice: 2.5 tbsp

    You can blend the oats and milk together first for a smoother texture.

    Pour into two (500ml) or three (300ml) jars and refrigerate overnight.

    Next day, combine greek yoghurt with vanilla sugar and sugar or sweetner . Take out the jars and top with the yoghurt. Finally dust with extra cocoa powder.
